Immunizations for Incoming 7th and 12th Grade Students

This is a reminder for parents and guardians of students entering 7th and 12th grade for the 2026-2027 school year regarding Pennsylvania’s required school immunizations.
Students entering 12th Grade:
Students must receive a second dose of the meningococcal vaccine administered on or after their 16th birthday.
Students entering 7th Grade:
Students must receive:
• One dose of the meningococcal vaccine
• One dose of the Tdap vaccine (tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis)
Important Reminder:
All required immunizations must be completed before the first day of school. Written documentation from your child’s healthcare provider must be submitted to the Junior Senior High School nurse.
Students who have not met Pennsylvania’s immunization requirements may not be permitted to attend school until the required documentation is received.
To avoid any disruption to your child’s education, please contact your child’s primary care provider as soon as possible to schedule any needed vaccinations.
